About Life, Death & Law
The Life, Death and Law research program draws on critical theory, socio-legal research, and science and technology studies to advance knowledge of the relationships between law, technology and death.
The program is led by Associate Professor Marc Trabsky at La Trobe University and funded by an Australian Research Council Discovery Early Career Researcher Award (DE220100064). It builds on research investigating the intersections of law and death, which remains underexplored in the humanities, law, and social sciences.
